What is included?
Every decorated zone of the venue — main backdrop, entryway, table and surface styling, ceiling or overhead pieces, accent zones, and all custom-fabricated elements. Design, production, delivery, professional setup, and breakdown are all included.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal. Large-scale projects with extensive custom fabrication benefit from more lead time. Last-minute bookings are possible depending on the date and scope — reach out and we'll confirm availability.
Can you work with my event planner or venue?
Yes — Alina regularly coordinates with event planners, venue managers, caterers, and other vendors. Timeline alignment, load-in scheduling, and spatial planning are handled directly.
