Custom Balloon Installations
Designed by Alina in Los Angeles
I design every project personally — the concept, the palette, the layout for the venue. My team handles production and installation, working under my direction to execute exactly what was planned.
No outsourcing, no rental inventory. Everything is designed and built in my studio in Los Angeles. Explore the full range of balloon decor services I offer.
How It Started
Most businesses start with a problem — something broken that needs fixing. I started Alina Balloon from the opposite end: something good is happening. A birthday, a baby shower, a wedding, a milestone. The event already exists — it just needs to look the way it feels.
I kept seeing clients who wanted that level of intention — decor that looks cohesive and designed, not assembled from separate pieces — but had to either hire a full event firm or settle for less. Today my studio handles first-birthday setups in Sherman Oaks, quinceañera installations in Glendale, corporate event decor in Beverly Hills — designed for the actual space, built by hand, installed on-site.
How Every Project Works
You Send the Details
Event date, venue or area, occasion type, color direction, and any reference photos. That's enough to start.
I Respond with a Proposal
A custom quote with a clear breakdown of what's included — installation type, size, elements, and pricing. No generic packages, no upsell calls. Read more about what to expect when hiring a balloon decorator.
Design & Fabrication
Custom elements — signage, dimensional panels, marquee pieces — are designed digitally and produced in my studio. The balloon layout is planned for your specific venue.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Everything is delivered, assembled on-site, and styled in place on the day of the event. Breakdown after the event is included. My team handles installation — trained to execute my designs exactly as planned.
In-House Production Studio
Most balloon decorators rent their props and outsource anything beyond balloons. I work differently — custom elements are designed by me and fabricated in-house by my production team. CNC-cut signage, laser-cut dimensional panels, marquee numbers, and 3D-modeled sculptural pieces are all produced in the studio for each project. See examples of these elements in my custom backdrop installations.
This means exact color matching, exact sizing, no rental catalog limitations, and no third-party vendor delays. When a client wants a name sign in a specific shade of sage green at a specific size that fits between two garland sections — it gets built exactly that way. I design it, my team builds it, and the result matches the concept exactly.
